The Sunshine Room
This is the room to sit in if one is feeling a bit down or under the weather. With its warm yellow walls, antique lace, black-checked curtains, and sunflowers, it can make the cloudiest day seem sunny.
It has four large windows. The room conveniently has a refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee pots, along with a supply of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, soft drinks or other beverages, popcorn, and “Miss” Martha’s baked goodies.
It is furnished with dishes and silverware to enable guests to bring in food and enjoy it there. The table seats four, and there are two stools for additional seating. Of course there is an additional table in the nearby Freedom Room. Part of the library is also in this room, as well as a small TV and a number of board games.
