  Text Box: · $89.00 to $150.00 plus a 6% occupancy tax.  Please see rate breakdown included with the description of each room. · No minimum stay required. · Reduced prices for stays longer than two days.  See breakdown included with description of each room. · Deposit required:  50% of one day’s rate. · Cancellations:  Cancellation must be made three days prior to arrival date for a full refund.  There is a $10.00 charge for cancellations. · Children under 10 years of age are not allowed upstairs for safety reasons. · No lifeguard on duty at pool.  Host reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone not following posted rules or for any other reason.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  No swimming when host is not on the premises. · No smoking except outside or on the balconies. · No pets. · Negotiable rates for stays longer than one week. · No TV watching in the Gathering Room after 10:00 p.m. except by special permission.  The Walker Family Room may be used instead. · Check in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 pm.  Please call if you need other arrangements. · Check out time is 12:00 noon.
