From I-35 take the University Blvd./RR 1431 exit (University Blvd. is formerly known as Chandler Rd.) and go west on RR 1431 approximately 4 miles. At Sam Bass Road (sign over RR 1431) go right and travel 1 mile. The road becomes County Road 175 on that side of RR 1431. Turn left at Outer Avenue. 6700 is the corner property with the large rock, which says “Stonehurst.” (If you reach the entrance to the County Park at the light, you will have gone too far. Make a U-turn and come back to the first drive way on the right.)
From US 183 or Parmer Lane, travel east on RR 1431. Turn left at the light where the overhead sign reads “Sam Bass Road.” Continue for one mile. Turn left at Outer Avenue. 6700 is the corner property with the large rock, which says, “Stonehurst.” (If you reach the entrance to the County Park at the light, you will have gone too far. Make a U-turn and come back to the first drive way on the right.
